Tim's tips

From my personal experience I recommend sleeping in a 45 degree angle the first 3 nights (to avoid swollen), if you're not allergic to pineapple have as much as you can. Take your antibiotics religiously, as an avid tennis player not exercising the first weeks was difficult but definitely worth it.
