1. HERO Institute will be responsible for processing your personal data, including biometric data, which is necessary to provide our services and for security reasons. Transferring data to third parties will be carried out when there is a legal obligation and to those whose corporate purpose is related to providing the service and with the specific purpose of: Control and Surveillance Systems registration; attending control audits and participating in information campaigns; recalling of expiration dates; and marketing of our Services.
   
2. In order to offer comprehensive care to our patients, the personal data collected will be treated for the following purposes: Management of medical records; commercial prospecting; accounting and administrative management.
